Haydon Wick Primary School is part of The White Horse Federation. At Haydon Wick, we are passionate about continuing to build on good practice in improving standards and engaging the community further to explore the wonders of learning, making sure that all our pupils achieve success.
We believe school should be a fun, creative place where pupils can learn in a secure environment and be willing to take risks when trying out new ways of learning. Pupils need to be encouraged to develop themselves, through self-motivation and reflection on what, how, and why they are learning.
We believe that this can be done by continuing to embed the values-based education that is such an important part of Haydon Wick Primary School, so that pupils take greater personal responsibility for their learning and behaviour.
At Haydon Wick, we strive to give the best to our pupils. We are very fortunate to have an experienced and dedicated staff (including many who have served the school for numerous years) who work hard to give the children a range of opportunities in the classroom and beyond.
All at Haydon Wick have high expectations for the children, and we want them to be the best they can academically and as people. We want our children to be happy and safe, and to enjoy all their learning opportunities.
