Term 4 flew by for Jaguars, as there was so many exciting things happening.
Year 6 have been doing Booster sessions in the afternoons in maths, reading and grammar to get ready for the SATs! Remember to read and revise at home Year 6!
At the beginning of term 4 we enjoyed World Book Day by taking part in a class quiz. We all brought our favourite books into school and give our classmates a clue as to which book was our favourite. The game was to see who could match the book to the pupil!
We went on an adventure to the ‘Big Pit’ museum in Blaenavon, Wales. It was a great day out. The pupils got to go underground and see the working conditions for themselves. When we came back to school we wrote a recount of our visit.
During science week we enjoyed using lemons and other fruit to light up a bulb!
Finally, during the busiest term of the school year, Year 6 went on their 3-day residential trip to PGL Liddington. You can see us in some of the photographs.
