6 February 2020
Celebration Assembly - Friday 31st January 2020

For going over and above this week:

Dragonflies: Oakley well done you went over and above when you took it upon yourself to learn the “key words” that you were finding a bit tricky! Keep it up!

Honeybees: Delphi you wrote your own version of Jack and the Beanstalk. You remembered to use capital letters, full stops and adjectives. Well done!

Frogs: Tyson for putting lots of effort into every lesson- your hand is always up on the carpet! You also wrote a fantastic story in English.

Squirrels: Gibrill you always sit beautifully on the carpet, and you don't get distracted by others around you. You always contribute to lessons, giving valuable answers.

Hedgehogs: Leo M for putting massive effort into your maths, reading and writing and learning lots!

Meerkats: Travis you have worked with outstanding effort and concentration to produce a brilliant Stone Age story.

Otters: Oliver R you shared some amazing ideas during shared writing for our diary entries.

Badgers: Thomas for listening really well in maths, answering questions confidently. You showed very good use of the short division method with remainders.

Tigers: Jedd you have caught the reading bug and have been working through many books.

Jaguars: Austin you are a very talented creative writer and this week have produced some great work full of figurative language

Hot chocolate celebration:

We celebrated some children who have stood out as having shown the values this week; Harry C, Lexi B, Olivia S, Harriet, Izzy L, Alessia, Storm, Layla M, Joshua N and James P.
